Meet Our Pastors
Bobby Nato – Senior Pastor
Pastor Bobby serves as the Senior Pastor of Anchor Baptist Church with a sincere love for God, His Word, and people. As a bi-vocational pastor, he understands the realities of balancing ministry, work, and family life, and he brings a practical and compassionate heart to his service.
He answered God’s call to ministry in 2016 and was later ordained, serving faithfully through preaching, teaching, prayer, and pastoral care. His desire is to help people know Christ, grow in their faith, and experience the life-changing grace of God.
Pastor Bobby holds a Master of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership from Andersonville Theological Seminary, along with a Master of Professional Accounting from Victoria University of Wellington. Alongside ministry, he works full-time in the finance sector, bringing more than two decades of experience in accounting, leadership, and service.
Whether in the pulpit, in the workplace, or in everyday life, Pastor Bobby is known for being approachable, and servant-hearted. He believes ministry is not limited to the church building but is lived out through faithful service, encouragement, and pointing others to Christ.
Andrew Lebita – Pastor
Born and raised in Australia, he received Jesus Christ as his Saviour on 31 October 2011. Through discipleship, faithful church attendance, and ministry involvement, he developed a strong passion for preaching, teaching, soulwinning, and helping others grow in the Christian faith.
Sensing the Lord’s leading into ministry, Andrew surrendered with his wife to the will of God and was ordained as a minister of the Gospel in April 2026. He now serves faithfully at Anchor Baptist Church, with a desire to see people come to know Jesus Christ, be saved, and live transformed lives for the glory of God.
As a bi-vocational pastor, Andrew also works full-time in construction recruitment. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Construction and a Postgraduate Certificate in Commerce, with a background in engineering project management.
Outside of ministry and work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and young children. He loves learning, reading God’s Word, discovering new things, and getting to know people. Friendly, down-to-earth, and grateful for God’s grace, Andrew’s heart is to serve God and encourage others in their walk with Christ.
